The Talent Pathways Program is designed to help West Michigan advanced manufacturing and technology employers forge a path to success for current and future employees, leading to improved talent retention & recruitment.

The Talent Pathways Program is designed to help West Michigan advanced manufacturing and technology employers forge a path to success for current and future employees, leading to improved talent retention & recruitment. Employers in the program will receive grant funding to:

  • Train their organization’s workforce to earn sought-after industry credentials and certifications
  • Create career pathways that build and retain your next skilled leaders
  • Access and develop a new and diverse pool of new hires with the help of local community partners

Companies can receive up to $25,000 in reimbursed training expenses, including wages.

Who can be a Talent Pathways Employer:

Advanced Manufacturing and Technology employers located in Allegan, Barry, Ionia, Kent, Montcalm, Muskegon, and Ottawa Counties.

Applicants must commit to completing Work-Ready credentials and/or advanced manufacturing and technology certificates or apprenticeships for at least 5 employees by March 2023.
